I weighed in at 183.4 this morning. I don't want to gain gorging weight :( but I know I can't skip these two days. I can't beat myself up any longer about the weight gain. All I can do is stay strong and focused for the next 23 plus days. If you think about it, that's only 3 weeks. That's so much more mentally managable than the 40 days, or roughly 6 weeks. Plus, school is over, so I have much less going on this time.
So the next thing on my agenda is finding the fattiest foods in my house to eat today!
